- 1 (1 lb) package frozen hash browns
- 8 ounces light sour cream
- 1 (10 ounce) can cream of mushroom soup
- 6 ounces shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup butter (melted)
- 2 teaspoons pepper
Recipe
- 1 1. preheat oven to 350.
- 2 2. mix all ingredients together.
- 3 3. place in buttered casserole dish.
- 4 4. bake for 1 hour.
- 5 this recipe also freezes well! :-).
