Easy Spinach And Mushroom Quiche

Ingredients

• 1/4 cup butter or 1/4 cup margarine
• 3/4 cup mushroom (sliced)
• 3/4 cup spinach (chopped)
• 1 cup milk
• 3 eggs
• 1 cup grated cheddar cheese
• 1/4 teaspoon thyme
• 1/4 teaspoon pepper
• 1/4 teaspoon salt
• 1 (9 inch) pie shells

Recipe

• 1 preheat oven to 325°f
• 2 saute mushrooms and spinach in butter or margarine.
• 3 beat together milk and eggs and then add seasonings.
• 4 combine the two mixtures and pour into pie shell.
• 5 bake for 35 minutes.
