Creamy Mushroom Chicken

Ingredients

- 1 lb frozen boneless skinless chicken breast half
- 1 package chicken gravy mix
- 1 package low-fat dry ranch dressing mix
- 10 3/4 condensed cream of mushroom soup
- 1 cup wine
- 8 ounces softened cream cheese, room temperature
- 3 cloves minced garlic
- salt and pepper
Recipe
- 1 put frozen chicken breasts in slow cooker.
- 2 sprinkle dry chicken gravy over top.
- 3 in a medium mixing bowl, mix together wine, soup, dry ranch dressing and cream cheese.
- 4 use a mixer to break of cream cheese well.
- 5 pour over chicken and cook on low 8 hours.
- 6 if sauce is to thin, mix with equal parts of water and cornstarch.
- 7 serve over rice.
