Creamy Mushroom Chicken

Ingredients

• 1 lb frozen boneless skinless chicken breast half
• 1 package chicken gravy mix
• 1 package low-fat dry ranch dressing mix
• 10 3/4 condensed cream of mushroom soup
• 1 cup wine
• 8 ounces softened cream cheese, room temperature
• 3 cloves minced garlic
• salt and pepper

Recipe

• 1 put frozen chicken breasts in slow cooker.
• 2 sprinkle dry chicken gravy over top.
• 3 in a medium mixing bowl, mix together wine, soup, dry ranch dressing and cream cheese.
• 4 use a mixer to break of cream cheese well.
• 5 pour over chicken and cook on low 8 hours.
• 6 if sauce is to thin, mix with equal parts of water and cornstarch.
• 7 serve over rice.
