Haravest Potato Casserole

Total Time: 50 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 45 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 8
  • 1 package frozen hash brown potatoes, thawed
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup melted butter
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 2 cups crushed corn flakes

Recipe

  • 1 mix together all ingredients.
  • 2 spray a 9 x 13 inch casserole dish with vegetable spray.
  • 3 pour in mixture into greased casserole dish.
  • 4 top with 2 cups corn flakes and 1/2 cup melted butter.
  • 5 bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
