Ginger-marinated Grilled Portobello Mushrooms

Ingredients

- 4 large portabella mushrooms
- 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
- 1/2 cup pineapple juice
- 2 tablespoons fresh ginger, peeled and chopped
- 1 tablespoon fresh basil, chopped
Recipe
