Mushroom vinegar Sauce

Total Time: 20 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 10 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 3-4
  • 2 shallots, finely chopped
  • olive oil (for frying)
  • 4 button mushrooms, thinly  sliced
  • 50 ml white vinegar
  • 250 ml whipping cream
  • 1/2 teaspoon worcestershire sauce, to taste
  • 1 pinch paprika
  • black pepper to taste
  • 1/2 knorr chicken stock cube

Recipe

  • fry the shallots and mushrooms in a frying pan slowly with a dash of olive oil, and the half of stock cube until they are cooked.
  • now  turn up the heat and add the vinegar little by little depends on how much strong taste you want  and boil to reduce.
  • reduce the heat and add the cream and warm through.
  • add 1/2 tsp of worcestershire sauce, sprinkle of paprika and a groud black pepper and taste, add more seasoning if needed.
  • serve hot.
