Creamy Mustard Lamb Chops

Total Time: 25 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 20 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 4 boneless lamb chops, 3/4 thick
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons lemon pepper seasoning
  • 1 tablespoon butter or 1 tablespoon margarine
  • 1 (10 3/4 ounce) can campbell's cream of mushroom soup
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 tablespoon dijon-style mustard
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley

Recipe

  • 1 sprinkle chops with lemom peppper seasoning.
  • 2 heat butter in skillet.
  • 3 cook chops 10 min until browned.
  • 4 add soup, milk and mustard.
  • 5 heat to a boil.
  • 6 cover and cook over low heat 10 min or until chops are done.
  • 7 sprinkle with parsley.
