Creamy Mustard Lamb Chops

Ingredients
- Servings: 4
- 4 boneless lamb chops, 3/4 thick
- 1 1/2 teaspoons lemon pepper seasoning
- 1 tablespoon butter or 1 tablespoon margarine
- 1 (10 3/4 ounce) can campbell's cream of mushroom soup
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 tablespoon dijon-style mustard
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
Recipe
- 1 sprinkle chops with lemom peppper seasoning.
- 2 heat butter in skillet.
- 3 cook chops 10 min until browned.
- 4 add soup, milk and mustard.
- 5 heat to a boil.
- 6 cover and cook over low heat 10 min or until chops are done.
- 7 sprinkle with parsley.
