- 1 (3 lb) beef brisket
- 1 can mushroom soup
- 1 package onion soup mix
Recipe
- 1 preheat oven to 300.
- 2 in heavy duty tinfoil place brisket.
- 3 cover with dry soup mix and canned soup.
- 4 cover tightly, put in baking dish.
- 5 bake 4 hours, remove.
- 6 pour off gravy and shred with 2 forks.
- 7 serve over rice, noodles or potatoes.
