Easy Shepherd's Pie

Ingredients
- Servings: 4
- 1 lb lean ground beef
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cups frozen mixed vegetables
- 10 ounces condensed cream of mushroom & garlic soup
- 3 cups mashed potatoes (i use the refrigerated kind from the store)
Recipe
- 1 preheat oven to 375°f
- 2 in heavy skillet cook ground beef and onion until beef is brown and onion is tender, stirring to break up meat, about 10 minutes.
- 3 drain well.
- 4 stir in vegetables and soup and cook until hot, about 4 minutes.
- 5 place in 9 inch pie plate.
- 6 spoon mashed potatoes over hot meat mixture.
- 7 bake for 35-45 minutes until potatoes are golden brown and pie is bubbling.
