Hash Browns Casserole

Total Time: 55 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 45 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 12
  • 2 lbs frozen cubed hash brown potatoes
  • 2 (10 1/2 ounce) cans cream of mushroom soup
  • 8 ounces sour cream
  • 2 -3 cups grated cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup chopped onion
  • salt & pepper
  • 1/2 cup butter or 1/2 cup margarine, melted
  • 1/4 lb town house cracker, crushed

Recipe

  • 1 combine all ingredients except butter & crackers.
  • 2 spread into a greased 9"x13" dish.
  • 3 mix melted butter with crackers.
  • 4 crumble cracker mixture over potato mixture.
  • 5 bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
