Ingredients
- Servings: 12
- 2 lbs frozen cubed hash brown potatoes
- 2 (10 1/2 ounce) cans cream of mushroom soup
- 8 ounces sour cream
- 2 -3 cups grated cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- salt & pepper
- 1/2 cup butter or 1/2 cup margarine, melted
- 1/4 lb town house cracker, crushed
Recipe
- 1 combine all ingredients except butter & crackers.
- 2 spread into a greased 9"x13" dish.
- 3 mix melted butter with crackers.
- 4 crumble cracker mixture over potato mixture.
- 5 bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
