Hot Mushroom Dip

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 lb fresh mushrooms, sliced
  • 3 tablespoons minced parsley
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • cayenne pepper
  • 8 ounces sour cream

Recipe

  • 1 saute garlic in butter for 3 minutes.
  • 2 add remaining ingredients, except sour cream.
  • 3 saute for 1 more minute.
  • 4 fold in sour cream & serve on melba toast, triscuits, or any cracker you choose.
