- 1/4 cup butter
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 lb fresh mushrooms, sliced
- 3 tablespoons minced parsley
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- cayenne pepper
- 8 ounces sour cream
Recipe
- 1 saute garlic in butter for 3 minutes.
- 2 add remaining ingredients, except sour cream.
- 3 saute for 1 more minute.
- 4 fold in sour cream & serve on melba toast, triscuits, or any cracker you choose.
