Garlic Stuffed Mushrooms

Ingredients
- Servings: 8
- 1 -2 lb button mushrooms
- 1 -2 head garlic
- melted butter
- sliced french bread
Recipe
- 1 clean and remove the stem from the mushrooms.
- 2 place mushrooms in baking dish, preferably one that can be placed on the grill.
- 3 add a clove of garlic to each mushroom cap.
- 4 drizzle melted butter into each mushroom cap.
- 5 cover the pan with foil.
- 6 place the pan either in a 350 degree oven or on the grill.
- 7 cook for 1 hour.
- 8 serve as an appetizer with french bread.
- 9 don't forget to dip the bread in the garlic infused butter left in the pan.
