- 1 (3 ounce) can sliced mushrooms, drained
- 1/2 teaspoon sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon dried oregano, crushed
- 1 dash pepper
- 1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Recipe
- 1 in saucepan combine tomato sauce with chopped onion, sliced mushrooms, sugar, salt, oregano, and pepper; simmer 5 minutes.
- 2 spoon over fish.
- 3 sprinkle with cheese.
