Green Beans With Mushrooms

Ingredients

- 1 tablespoon onion, minced
- 1 tablespoon canola oil or 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 8 ounces frozen green beans, drained
- 1 tablespoon pimiento, diced (optional)
- 1 teaspoon fresh parsley, chopped
- 4 ounces mushroom pieces, & stems drained
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Recipe
- 1 heat oil in skillet; sauté onions till transparent.
- 2 stir in remaining ingredients.
- 3 cover& cook over medium heat about 15 minutes til thoroughly heated.
- 4 simple& delicious.
- 5 add a green salad& either a baked chicken breast or lean beef patty.
