Easy Peasy Pot Roast

Ingredients

• Servings: 6
• 3 -4 lbs pot roast
• 2 (10 1/2 ounce) cans campbell's cream of mushroom soup
• 1 (1 1/4 ounce) envelope lipton's beef and onion soup mix

Recipe

• 1 place roast in crockpot.
• 2 mix both cans of soup and dry beefy onion seasoning in bowl, and pour over roast.
• 3 turn on low, and cook for 8 hours, or until the roast is desired tenderness.
• 4 that's it -- really!
• 5 we usually serve this with cowboy mashed potatoes and rolls.
• 6 enjoy!
