Easy Oven Brunch Bake - K

Total Time: 3 hrs 20 mins Preparation Time: 20 mins Cook Time: 3 hrs

Ingredients

  • Servings: 8
  • 4 eggs
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1 teaspoon dijon mustard
  • 3 cups cubed french bread
  • 1 (8 ounce) package shredded mild cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup chopped mushroom
  • 1 cup chopped bell pepper (any color)
  • 1/2 cup chopped green onion
  • 1/4 cup bacon bits
  • 1/4 cup chopped ham, any variety

Recipe

  • 1 beat eggs, milk and mustard in large bowl with wire whisk until well blended.
  • 2 add remaining ingredients; stir gently to mix well.
  • 3 pour into lightly greased 12x8-inch baking dish; cover.
  • 4 refrigerate several hours or overnight.
  • 5 preheat oven to 325°f
  • 6 uncover baking dish.
  • 7 bake 45 to 50 minute or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
