Green Beans With Sour Cream

Total Time: 20 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 15 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 6
  • 1 1/2 lbs green beans
  • 1/2 lb mushroom, sliced
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 cup nonfat sour cream
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • parsley (to garnish)

Recipe

  • 1 trim the beans and cook in boiling salt water until tender.
  • 2 drain and keep warm.
  • 3 saute the mushrooms in the butter for five minutes.
  • 4 add the sour cream and salt.
  • 5 put the beans on a serving dish and pour the mushroom/sour cream mixture over them.
  • 6 sprinkle with chopped parsley and serve immediately.
