- 1 lb mushroom
- 1 egg, beaten
- seasoned bread crumbs
- oil
Recipe
- 1 wash and dry mushrooms. trim stems.
- 2 dip into egg and then into breadcrumbs.
- 3 refrigerate for several hours.
- 4 deep fry in hot oil for 5 mins or until crisp and golden.
