Chicken Marsala

Total Time: 35 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 30 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 6
  • 6 chicken breasts, pounded 1/4-inch thick
  • 2 cups sliced mushrooms
  • 1/4 cup green onion, sliced
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 1 cup broth
  • 1/2 cup marsala wine

Recipe

  • 1 cook mushrooms and onion in 2 t butter till soft.
  • 2 remove from pan.
  • 3 add chicken, cook 2 minutes per side.
  • 4 remove from pan.
  • 5 add broth and wine simmer and reduce by half.
  • 6 return chicken and mushrooms.
  • 7 serve.
