Ingredients
- Servings: 6
- 6 chicken breasts, pounded 1/4-inch thick
- 2 cups sliced mushrooms
- 1/4 cup green onion, sliced
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1 cup broth
- 1/2 cup marsala wine
Recipe
- 1 cook mushrooms and onion in 2 t butter till soft.
- 2 remove from pan.
- 3 add chicken, cook 2 minutes per side.
- 4 remove from pan.
- 5 add broth and wine simmer and reduce by half.
- 6 return chicken and mushrooms.
- 7 serve.
