Ingredients

- 1/4 cup flour
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 3 lbs chicken pieces
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 garlic clove, crushed
- 1/2 cup beef broth
- 1 (4 ounce) can sliced mushrooms, undrained
- 1 (8 ounce) can tomato sauce
- 1 (8 ounce) can crushed tomatoes
Recipe
- 1 combine flour, salt and pepper. dredge chicken in flour mixture.
- 2 place oil in skillet over medium heat. brown chicken.
- 3 add garlic, beef broth, mushrooms, tomato sauce and crushed tomatoes.
- 4 bring to a simmer, cover and cook 30-40 minutes until chicken is tender.
