Ingredients

- 1/2 ounce olive oil
- 1 clove garlic, chopped
- 1 pinch greek oregano
- 1/2 lemon, juiced
- salt
- pepper
- 8 ounces boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1/4 inch strips
- 1/4 cup fresh mushrooms, sliced
- 1/4 cup green onion, chopped
- 1/4 cup wine
- 1 teaspoon butter
- 1/4 cup feta cheese
Recipe
- 1 saute chicken breast in olive oil.
- 2 add garlic, oregano,lemon juice, onions.
- 3 mushrooms, wine, salt and pepper.
- 4 finish with butter.
- 5 remove from heat.
- 6 top with feta cheese (do not melt).
- 7 serve with garlic buttered linguine or rice pilaf.
