Greek Chicken

Total Time: 18 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 8 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 2
  • 1/2 ounce olive oil
  • 1 clove garlic, chopped
  • 1 pinch greek oregano
  • 1/2 lemon, juiced
  • salt
  • pepper
  • 8 ounces boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1/4 inch strips
  • 1/4 cup fresh mushrooms, sliced
  • 1/4 cup green onion, chopped
  • 1/4 cup wine
  • 1 teaspoon butter
  • 1/4 cup feta cheese

Recipe

  • 1 saute chicken breast in olive oil.
  • 2 add garlic, oregano,lemon juice, onions.
  • 3 mushrooms, wine, salt and pepper.
  • 4 finish with butter.
  • 5 remove from heat.
  • 6 top with feta cheese (do not melt).
  • 7 serve with garlic buttered linguine or rice pilaf.
