Hash Browns Delight

Total Time: 1 hr 20 mins Preparation Time: 30 mins Cook Time: 50 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 6
  • 2 (10 ounce) packages frozen hash brown potatoes
  • 2 cups sour cream
  • 1 (10 3/4 ounce) can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1/2 cup melted butter
  • 1 tablespoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon onion, chopped
  • 2 cups crushed corn flakes
  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese

Recipe

  • 1 thaw hash browns.
  • 2 combine sour cream, soup and 1/2 cup butter.
  • 3 add salt, onion and cheese; mix well.
  • 4 add potatoes.
  • 5 place mixture in a 13x9-inch baking dish.
  • 6 combine 1/4 cup melted butter and cornflakes.
  • 7 sprinkle on top of mixture.
  • 8 bake at 350° for 50-55 minutes, or until golden brown.
