Hash Browns Delight

Ingredients

- 2 (10 ounce) packages frozen hash brown potatoes
- 2 cups sour cream
- 1 (10 3/4 ounce) can cream of mushroom soup
- 1/2 cup melted butter
- 1 tablespoon salt
- 1 tablespoon onion, chopped
- 2 cups crushed corn flakes
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
Recipe
- 1 thaw hash browns.
- 2 combine sour cream, soup and 1/2 cup butter.
- 3 add salt, onion and cheese; mix well.
- 4 add potatoes.
- 5 place mixture in a 13x9-inch baking dish.
- 6 combine 1/4 cup melted butter and cornflakes.
- 7 sprinkle on top of mixture.
- 8 bake at 350° for 50-55 minutes, or until golden brown.
