Chinese Style Sauce

Total Time: 10 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 5 mins

Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup chicken stock
  • 1/2 lb mushroom, sliced
  • 1/2 cup sliced water chestnuts
  • 4 scallions, sliced
  • 3 tablespoons toasted sesame seeds, as garnish

Recipe

  • 1 heat chicken stock to boiling; add mushrooms, water chestnuts and scallions. reduce heat and simmer, covered, about 5 minutes.
  • 2 cook, uncovered, until liquid is almost evaporated, about 5 minutes. spoon over chicken. sprinkle with sesame seeds.
