Ingredients
- 1/3 cup chicken stock
- 1/2 lb mushroom, sliced
- 1/2 cup sliced water chestnuts
- 4 scallions, sliced
- 3 tablespoons toasted sesame seeds, as garnish
Recipe
- 1 heat chicken stock to boiling; add mushrooms, water chestnuts and scallions. reduce heat and simmer, covered, about 5 minutes.
- 2 cook, uncovered, until liquid is almost evaporated, about 5 minutes. spoon over chicken. sprinkle with sesame seeds.
