- 1 lb stew meat
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1 large onion, diced
- 1/2 lb mushroom
- 1 can water chestnut (optional)
- 3 tablespoons butter
Recipe
- 1 saute onion in butter.
- 2 add stew meat and brown slightly.
- 3 put in 9x13-inch baking dish and add soy sauce, mushrooms, chestnuts, and pepper.
- 4 cover and bake at 300 for 1 1/2 hours.
- 5 serve over rice.
