Ground Beef Chinese Style

Total Time: 1 hr 5 mins Preparation Time: 20 mins Cook Time: 45 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 1 lb lean ground beef
  • 1 cup onion, chopped
  • 2 garlic cloves, crushed
  • 1 cup celery, chopped
  • 1 cup mushroom, sliced
  • 1/2 cup bell pepper, chopped
  • 1 1/2 cups beef broth
  • 2 ounces soya sauce
  • 1 cup macaroni

Recipe

  • 1 in skillet, brown meat; add onions,garlic and celery.
  • 2 cook until vegetables have softened.
  • 3 add mushrooms and green pepper.
  • 4 let simmer another 5 minutes.
  • 5 add beef broth, soya sauce and macaroni.
  • 6 cover and cook until macaroni is tender.
