Ground Beef And Noodles

Total Time: 45 mins Preparation Time: 30 mins Cook Time: 15 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 6
  • 1 1/2 lbs ground beef
  • 1 1/2 cups chopped onions (i have done without also) (optional)
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons cooking oil
  • 1 (10 ounce) can condensed tomato soup
  • 1 (10 ounce) can condensed cream of mushroom soup
  • salt, to taste
  • pepper, to taste
  • 1 (900 g) package egg noodles (medium or broad) or 1 (900 g) package any other pastas
  • 1 -2 cup grated cheese, to taste

Recipe

  • 1 in fryiing pan fry ground beef and onion in oil.
  • 2 i omit the oil since there is already fat in the ground beef.
  • 3 add next 4 ingredients: tomato soup, mushroom soup, salt and pepper.
  • 4 mix and heat through.
  • 5 (i add 1 cup grated cheese to the sauce, heat and mix in).
  • 6 cook noodles in boiling water-- and drain.
  • 7 add sauce to noodles and mix well.
  • 8 put in casserole dish,.
  • 9 top with remaining cup of cheese.
  • 10 put in oven till heated through.
