Bacon Mushroom Sauce For Steak

Ingredients

• 5 slices bacon
• 8 ounces fresh mushrooms, sliced
• 1/4 cup a.1. original sauce
• 1/4 cup dry sherry
• 1 teaspoon packed brown sugar

Recipe

• 1 cut bacon into 1/4 inch pieces and fry until crisp. remove bacon from pan. discard all drippings except for 2 tbl. cook mushrooms in drippings until tender (5 minutes) stir in a-1, sherry and brown sugar. add in cooked bacon. heat to boil. reduce heat and simmer for 5 minutes. serve over grilled steak of your choice.
