Guilt-free Onion Soup (crock Pot)

Total Time: 7 hrs 15 mins Preparation Time: 15 mins Cook Time: 7 hrs

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 4 medium onions, thinly sliced
  • 5 cups beef broth
  • 3 tablespoons flour
  • 1 cup mushroom, sliced
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 4 slices french bread, toasted
  • 3/4 cup reduced-fat swiss cheese, shredded (3 ounces)

Recipe

  • 1 coat a large non-stick skillet with non-stick vegetable spray coating.
