Ground Beef Casserole With Biscuits

Total Time: 35 mins Preparation Time: 20 mins Cook Time: 15 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1/4 cup chopped onion
  • 1 (3 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
  • 1 (14 ounce) can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1/8 cup milk
  • 1/8 cup catsup
  • salt
  • 1 (8 ounce) can biscuits

Recipe

  • 1 brown meat and onions.
  • 2 drain fat.
  • 3 combine cream cheese,soup,milk,catsup and salt.
  • 4 add meat and onions.
  • 5 mix well.
  • 6 bake uncovered at 375 for 10 minutes.
  • 7 put 1 can biscuits on top and bake 15-20 minutes longer or until biscuits are brown on top.
