- 1 lb ground beef
- 1/4 cup chopped onion
- 1 (3 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
- 1 (14 ounce) can cream of mushroom soup
- 1/8 cup milk
- 1/8 cup catsup
- salt
- 1 (8 ounce) can biscuits
Recipe
- 1 brown meat and onions.
- 2 drain fat.
- 3 combine cream cheese,soup,milk,catsup and salt.
- 4 add meat and onions.
- 5 mix well.
- 6 bake uncovered at 375 for 10 minutes.
- 7 put 1 can biscuits on top and bake 15-20 minutes longer or until biscuits are brown on top.
