Ground Beef And Wild Rice Casserole

Total Time: 33 mins Preparation Time: 15 mins Cook Time: 18 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 6
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1/2 cup chopped onion
  • 1/2 cup quick-cooking wild rice
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • fresh mushrooms
  • 1/2 cup slivered almonds
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 2 cups herb-seasoned stuffing cubes

Recipe

  • 1 cook ground beef and drain.
  • 2 add onions, rice and 1 cup water, stir.
  • 3 cook in microwave for 3 minutes in 2-quart glass bowl.
  • 4 add soup and mushrooms.
  • 5 in another bowl, heat butter with the 1/2 cup of water for 1 minute on high.
  • 6 stir in stuffing cubes, blend until moist.
  • 7 spoon stuffing mixture over meat.
  • 8 top with almonds.
  • 9 cook on high 12-14 minutes and then let stand and set for 10 minutes before serving.
