Egg & Sausage Casserole

Total Time: 55 mins Preparation Time: 20 mins Cook Time: 35 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 8
  • 1 lb sausage, cooked & drained
  • 4 ounces mushrooms, sliced
  • 1/2 cup green onion, chopped
  • 2 tomatoes, sliced
  • 8 ounces mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1 1/4 cups bisquick
  • 12 eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon oregano (i don't use) (optional)

Recipe

  • 1 in a 9x13 casserole layer the sausage, mushrooms, onions, tomato slices and cheese.
  • 2 blend the remaining ingredients in your blender and pour over the top of the layers.
  • 3 bake at 350 degrees for 30-35 minutes.
