Ingredients

- 1 1/2 lbs beef round steak, cut into 1-inch pieces (or use stew beef)
- 1 (10 3/4 ounce) can condensed cream of mushroom soup
- 1 cup red wine
- 1 onion, chopped
- 8 ounces fresh mushrooms, sliced (or 4oz canned)
- 1 (1 ounce) package dry onion soup mix
- 1 tablespoon garlic, minced
Recipe
- 1 combine all ingredients in a slow cooker. cover; cook on low 6-8 hours or until tender.
