Delicious Spinach Casserole

Ingredients
- Servings: 6
- 2 (10 ounce) pkges. chopped spinach, thawed and drained well
- 1 (8 ounce) pkge. cream cheese
- 1 (10 ounce) can cream of mushroom soup
- salt and pepper
- 1 (3 ounce) can french-fried onions
Recipe
- 1 heat chunks of cream cheese and soup in saucepan over low heat until melted into a creamy mixture and add to thawed, drained chopped spinach. add seasonings. mix in 3/4 can of french fried onion rings.
- 2 put into a greased 2 quart casserole dish. bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes.
- 3 top with remaining french fried onions and bake at 350 degrees for 10 more minutes.
- 4 if doubled, put in a 9 x 13 inch casserole dish.
