Delicious Spinach Casserole

Total Time: 30 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 20 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 6
  • 2 (10 ounce) pkges. chopped spinach, thawed and drained well
  • 1 (8 ounce) pkge. cream cheese
  • 1 (10 ounce) can cream of mushroom soup
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 (3 ounce) can french-fried onions

Recipe

  • 1 heat chunks of cream cheese and soup in saucepan over low heat until melted into a creamy mixture and add to thawed, drained chopped spinach. add seasonings. mix in 3/4 can of french fried onion rings.
  • 2 put into a greased 2 quart casserole dish. bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes.
  • 3 top with remaining french fried onions and bake at 350 degrees for 10 more minutes.
  • 4 if doubled, put in a 9 x 13 inch casserole dish.
