- 2 cups water
- 1 bouillon cube
- 1 (8 ounce) package mushrooms, sliced
- 1 cup buckwheat groats
- 1 egg
Recipe
- 1 boil water and bouillon.
- 2 add mushrooms.
- 3 add 1 c kasha in another saucepan over medium heat.
- 4 add egg to the kasha and cook until dry.
- 5 add the broth to the kasha and simmer on low (15 min).
