Kasha And Mushrooms

Total Time: 30 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 20 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 2 cups water
  • 1 bouillon cube
  • 1 (8 ounce) package mushrooms, sliced
  • 1 cup buckwheat groats
  • 1 egg

Recipe

  • 1 boil water and bouillon.
  • 2 add mushrooms.
  • 3 add 1 c kasha in another saucepan over medium heat.
  • 4 add egg to the kasha and cook until dry.
  • 5 add the broth to the kasha and simmer on low (15 min).
