Gryby W Smetanye (mushrooms With Sour Cream)

Ingredients

• 6 tablespoons butter or 6 tablespoons margarine
• 1 large onion, chopped
• 2 tablespoons flour
• 2 tablespoons milk
• 1 1/2 cups sour cream
• 1 1/4 lbs mushrooms, sliced
• 3/4 teaspoon salt
• 1/4 teaspoon pepper
• 1/2 teaspoon paprika

Recipe

• 1 melted butter in a large skillet and saute onion till golden.
• 2 sprinkle with flour, add milk and 3/4 cup sour cream while stirring.
• 3 bring just to a simmer, add sliced mushrooms, salt, pepper & paprika.
• 4 simmer covered for 5 minutes stirring occasionally.
• 5 stir in remaining sour cream, heat thoroughly while stirring constantly, and serve.
