Favorite Spinach Casserole

Total Time: 45 mins Preparation Time: 15 mins Cook Time: 30 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 16
  • 4 (10 ounce) packages frozen chopped spinach
  • 2 (14 ounce) cans artichokes
  • 1 (8 ounce) can sliced mushrooms
  • 2 (10 3/4 ounce) cans cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 3/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon worcestershire sauce
  • 1/4 teaspoon tabasco sauce
  • 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Recipe

  • 1 preheat oven to 350°f.
  • 2 spray 2-9x13 casserole pans.
  • 3 thaw spinach and drain well.
  • 4 drain artichoke hearts and rough chop.
  • 5 drain mushrooms.
  • 6 mix all ingredients well.
  • 7 bake uncovered for 25-30 minutes.
