Favorite Spinach Casserole

Ingredients

- 4 (10 ounce) packages frozen chopped spinach
- 2 (14 ounce) cans artichokes
- 1 (8 ounce) can sliced mushrooms
- 2 (10 3/4 ounce) cans cream of mushroom soup
- 1 cup sour cream
- 3/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1/2 teaspoon worcestershire sauce
- 1/4 teaspoon tabasco sauce
- 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Recipe
- 1 preheat oven to 350°f.
- 2 spray 2-9x13 casserole pans.
- 3 thaw spinach and drain well.
- 4 drain artichoke hearts and rough chop.
- 5 drain mushrooms.
- 6 mix all ingredients well.
- 7 bake uncovered for 25-30 minutes.
