Ingredients
- portabella mushroom
- flour
- buttermilk
- sour cream
- horseradish
- peppercorn ranch dressing (optional)
Recipe
- 1 slice mushrooms into strips.
- 2 dip mushroom slices in buttermillk, then flour, repeat.
- 3 deep fry mushrooms.
- 4 when they are nice and golden, remove from fryer and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
- 5 for sauce to dip: mix sour cream with horseradish- to taste.
- 6 serve with dip or peppercorn-ranch dressing.
