Fried Portabella Mushrooms

Total Time: 7 mins Preparation Time: 3 mins Cook Time: 4 mins

Ingredients

  • portabella mushroom
  • flour
  • buttermilk
  • sour cream
  • horseradish
  • peppercorn ranch dressing (optional)

Recipe

  • 1 slice mushrooms into strips.
  • 2 dip mushroom slices in buttermillk, then flour, repeat.
  • 3 deep fry mushrooms.
  • 4 when they are nice and golden, remove from fryer and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
  • 5 for sauce to dip: mix sour cream with horseradish- to taste.
  • 6 serve with dip or peppercorn-ranch dressing.
