Ingredients

- 2 eggs
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- seasoned bread crumbs
- parmesan cheese, grated
- 2 large portabella mushrooms, sliced
Recipe
- 1 mix egg and soy sauce (to taste) together.
- 2 dip mushroom slices in egg mixture.
- 3 dredge mushroom slices in bread crumbs and cheese that has been mixed together.
- 4 fry in a pan.
