- 1 cup sliced fresh mushrooms
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 cup brown rice
- 2 cups chicken broth
- salt and pepper
Recipe
- 1 brown chopped onion and sliced mushrooms in a large saucepan with the olive oil, about 5 minutes.
- 2 add brown rice and stir to coat in oil.
