Hot Beef Dip

Total Time: 45 mins Preparation Time: 20 mins Cook Time: 25 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 15
  • 1/4 cup chopped onion
  • 1 tablespoon margarine
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese
  • 1 jar dried beef
  • 1 (3 ounce) can sliced mushrooms
  • 1/4 cup parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons chopped parsley

Recipe

  • 1 cook onion in margarine until tender.
  • 2 stir in milk and cream cheese.
  • 3 mix until blended.
  • 4 add remaining ingredients.
  • 5 serve hot with rye or pumpernickle bread.
