Ingredients

- 8 ounces dried pasta shapes
- 1 ounce butter
- 8 ounces button mushrooms, halved
- 1 ounce plain flour
- 1 1/4 cups milk
- 2/3 cup single cream
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic, minced
- salt & pepper
- 8 ounces ham, diced
Recipe
- 1 cook pasta in boiling, salted water. drain. meanwhile, melt butter in a pan and fry mushrooms for 2-3 minutes. add flour. blend in milk, cream, garlic and seasoning.
- 2 bring to the boil, stirring. add ham and cook for 1-2 minutes. toss into pasta.
