Burgundy Beef Tips And Mushrooms

Total Time: 55 mins Preparation Time: 15 mins Cook Time: 40 mins

Ingredients

  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 1/2 lbs beef sirloin steaks, cut into tips
  • 1 1/2 cups fresh mushrooms, chopped
  • 1 cup fresh tomato, pureed in food processer
  • 1 teaspoon salt, to taste
  • 1 teaspoon ground pepper, to taste
  • 3/4 cup red wine

Recipe

  • 1 cut beef into cubes.
  • 2 in large skillet over medium high heat, heat olive oil and brown cubes with garlic.
  • 3 add mushrooms, tomatoes, salt, pepper, and wine.
  • 4 cook for 30 minutes or until cubes are tender.
