Burgundy Beef Tips And Mushrooms

Ingredients
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 1/2 lbs beef sirloin steaks, cut into tips
- 1 1/2 cups fresh mushrooms, chopped
- 1 cup fresh tomato, pureed in food processer
- 1 teaspoon salt, to taste
- 1 teaspoon ground pepper, to taste
- 3/4 cup red wine
Recipe
- 1 cut beef into cubes.
- 2 in large skillet over medium high heat, heat olive oil and brown cubes with garlic.
- 3 add mushrooms, tomatoes, salt, pepper, and wine.
- 4 cook for 30 minutes or until cubes are tender.
