- 8 ounces sliced mushrooms, drained
- 4 green onions, sliced
- 16 ounces velveeta reduced fat cheese product, cubed
- 9 eggs
- 3 cups milk
- crisco (to grease pan)
Recipe
- 1 gather all ingredients, a large casserole dish, a large bowl, a wire whisk, a knife, a can opener, and measuring cups.
- 2 trim crusts off bread slices.
- 3 cube velveeta.
- 4 slice green onions.
- 5 grease casserole dish.
- 6 place 6 bread slices in casserole dish.
- 7 layer mushrooms, green onions, velveeta, and the rest of the bread.
- 8 beat eggs and milk with wire whisk in large bowl.
- 9 pour egg mixture over bread.
- 10 refridgerate at least 1 hour.
- 11 bake 50 @ 350.
- 12 knife test for readiness.
- 13 let stand 10 minute.
