- 2 (15 ounce) cans yellow hominy or 2 (15 ounce) cans hominy
- 1 (10 1/2 ounce) can mushroom soup
- 0.5 (10 ounce) can ro-tel tomatoes
- 1 cup grated cheddar cheese
- 1 cup crushed corn chips
Recipe
- 1 mix all the ingredients except the corn chips.
- 2 put in 2-quart casserole dish and cover with corn chips.
- 3 bake for 35 minutes at 350°f.
