Homespun Meat Pie

Ingredients

• 1 lb ground meat
• 4 ounces mushrooms, drained
• 1 egg
• 1 1/3 cups onions, chopped
• 1/4 cup bread, crumbs
• 1 teaspoon salt
• 1/8 teaspoon pepper
• 2 cups potatoes, cooked and chopped
• 3 tablespoons milk
• 1/2 lb velvetta cheese, cubed
• 1 tablespoon parsley
• 1/4 teaspoon salt

Recipe

• 1 combine meat, mushrooms, egg, onion, bread, and seasonings: mix well.
• 2 press meat mixture onto bottom and sides of a 9" pie plate.
• 3 bake at 400* for 15 minmash potatoes with milk velvetta cheese, parsley, and salt.
• 4 remove meat shell from oven.
• 5 reduce oven to 350*.
• 6 drain meat shell.
• 7 fill with potatoe mixture.
• 8 return to oven for 10 more minute.
