Homespun Meat Pie

Ingredients
- 1 lb ground meat
- 4 ounces mushrooms, drained
- 1 egg
- 1 1/3 cups onions, chopped
- 1/4 cup bread, crumbs
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
- 2 cups potatoes, cooked and chopped
- 3 tablespoons milk
- 1/2 lb velvetta cheese, cubed
- 1 tablespoon parsley
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Recipe
- 1 combine meat, mushrooms, egg, onion, bread, and seasonings: mix well.
- 2 press meat mixture onto bottom and sides of a 9" pie plate.
- 3 bake at 400* for 15 minmash potatoes with milk velvetta cheese, parsley, and salt.
- 4 remove meat shell from oven.
- 5 reduce oven to 350*.
- 6 drain meat shell.
- 7 fill with potatoe mixture.
- 8 return to oven for 10 more minute.
