Fresh Mushroom Fettuccine

Total Time: 30 mins Preparation Time: 20 mins Cook Time: 10 mins

Ingredients

  • 8 ounces uncooked fettuccine
  • 3 cups sliced fresh mushrooms
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
  • 1/4 cup red wine vinegar
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 3 tablespoons grated parmesan cheese
  • 2 teaspoons chopped fresh rosemary
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • salt
  • 1 -2 garlic clove, crushed

Recipe

  • 1 bring a large pot of water to a boil; add salt and cook fettuccine al dente per package directions; drain; rinse with cold water; drain again.
  • 2 toss fettuccine and remaining ingredients.
