Fresh Mushroom Bisque

Total Time: 45 mins Preparation Time: 15 mins Cook Time: 30 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 8
  • 1 lb butter
  • 1 1/2 lbs fresh mushrooms, sliced
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 cup green onion, chopped
  • 4 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup flour
  • 8 cups chicken broth
  • 2 teaspoons salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 4 cups half-and-half

Recipe

  • 1 melt butter in large stock pot and saute garlic, onion, and mushrooms for about 3 to 5 minutes until mushrooms are golden.
  • 2 add lemon juice.
