Fiber Fantasy

Total Time: 30 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 20 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 1 (28 ounce) can alymers diced tomatoes, with italian spices
  • 1 (19 ounce) can scarpone's lentils
  • 1 (19 ounce) can scarpone's black beans
  • 1 (8 ounce) can campbell's cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 lb frozen corn (1/2 bag)
  • 4 tablespoons cheez whiz
  • 1 large onion, diced
  • 1 ham garlic sausage ring
  • 2 tablespoons worcestershire sauce
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper

Recipe

  • 1 slice up one ring of turkey sausage – cut in half and then slice in ¼ inch semi-circles.
  • 2 dice one large onion.
  • 3 heat soup pot or large skillet and add 3 tablespoons of olive oil.
  • 4 add meat and onion and stir occasionally to brown meat on all sides.
  • 5 while the meat and onions are cooking:.
  • 6 open all tins of tomatoes, lentils, black beans, mushroom soup.
  • 7 dump in the tomatoes.
  • 8 drain and dump in the lentils and black beans.
  • 9 dump the mushroom soup.
  • 10 stir until soup is incorporated – or in other terms no big lumps.
  • 11 add ½ bag of frozen corn.
  • 12 add 4 heaping tablespoons of cheez whiz.
  • 13 pour mixture into cooked meat & onions and stir.
  • 14 add 4 large splashes of worsterchire sauce.
  • 15 pepper to taste.
  • 16 you will not need any salt.
