Ingredients

- 2 tablespoons oil
- 1 onion
- 1 garlic clove
- 1/2 cup mushroom
- 1/2 prosciutto ham
- 1/2 cup salami
- 2 tablespoons parsley
- 1/2 teaspoon basil
- 3/4 cup mozzarella cheese
- salt
- pepper
- 1 egg yolk
- 1 egg
- 1 tablespoon water
Recipe
- 1 first you need to make your favorite bread recipe or use frozen rhodes rolls that have been thawed. heat oil . mince onion and garlic. chop mushrooms. saute onion, garlic and mushrooms. chop prosciutto ham and salami. you could use other meats beside these but i would recommend using the salami. add rest of ingredients and cook stirring being careful not to scorch cheese. set aside. roll dough into 5 inch circles and spoon 2 tablespoons filling onto dough and fold over sealing edges and using last 2 ingredients brushing with a wash of the egg and 1 tablespoon of water. bake 375 degrees for 20 minutes.
