Bubbe's Meatball Dinner

Total Time: 1 hr Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 50 mins

Ingredients

• 1 lb ground beef
• 1/3 cup fat
• 4 onions, sliced
• 2 green peppers, sliced
• 1 (8 ounce) can mushrooms
• 3 cups tomatoes
• 1 teaspoon salt
• 1 (16 ounce) package broad egg noodles

Recipe

• 1 brown 4 ground patties in fat. remove patties.
• 2 sauté the onions and peppers.
• 3 add mushrooms, tomatoes and salt.
• 4 top with patties and lay uncooked noodles over top.
• 5 cover and bring to a boil.
• 6 turn to low heat and cook for 40 minutes.
